My name is Elizabeth Anderson, I am an Art History major at the University of Florida. This semester I will be taking HOS1014, a vegetable gardening class designed for non-majors interested in learning how to grow and sustain their own garden. The Horticultural Sciences Department at UF has provided each student with their own garden plot. This plot includes four beds, each fifteen feet long. Each week I will be updating this blog with pictures and updates of my garden's progress!
